WELCOME TO MY CREATIVE WORLD

I'M AAKE

a 23-year-old creative, content creator and athlete from Finland, blending sport, storytelling, and visual creativity into everything I do. Welcome to my creative world. I create raw, cinematic content that blends storytelling and emotion. From brands and athletes, my goal is simple: to make work that looks world-class, feels real, and leaves a lasting impact. Sports is a huge part of who I am. It keeps my body strong, my mind clear, and teaches qualities that matter not only in training, but in life. We all face difficult moments at some point and the way we respond to them can shape everything. For me, sport is a way to build both physical and mental strength, and to stay ready for whatever life throws my way.

Ice hockey memory

The things that shape us stay with us.

For most of my life, I wanted to become a professional athlete. Ice hockey shaped the way I thought, worked and pushed myself. It taught me discipline, patience and how to keep showing up when things were difficult. Then an injury changed that path completely. Losing something I had built so much of my identity around was incredibly difficult, and mentally, it took me to one of the lowest points of my life. But that chapter never really disappeared. It became part of the way I see the world, and part of the person I am still becoming today.

Creative work behind the scenes

Then the story found another direction.

Back then, it felt like I had lost everything I had been working towards. I obviously could not see it at the time, but that change eventually led me here. Looking back now, I genuinely believe it was meant to happen. Filmmaking and creating became a new way to challenge myself and build something of my own. The same mentality I learned through sport still guides the way I work: stay curious, stay disciplined and keep moving when the answer is not obvious.
Endurance sport and life today

The way forward is still in motion.

Sport is an important part of my life again, but in a different way now. Running, cycling and endurance training give me energy, perspective and a reason to keep challenging myself. Sport shaped me first, I lost that path, and eventually found my way back on my own terms. Creating and training have become closely connected. Both ask for patience, commitment and the courage to begin before everything is clear. One of the most rewarding parts of sharing my work and my journey is seeing someone else get inspired to start something, challenge themselves or go after what they care about. That is what I hope this work can do: make people feel something, and remind them that a different chapter can still become the beginning of a better one.
